This adventure began in 2020 with the founder's desire to share her discoveries and encounters from Portugal, France, Colombia, Italy and even more. 

Somewhere A Process it’s probably some words which talk to everybody. Simply because life make us spending our time to discover new things, to learn new languages, to be surprised by new tastes and smells. And, in a deeper way to try to understand how the current world works, how we can face all changes and concerning a store how products arrive on a table, a rack, on a window or on an online market place.

We have made the statement to work differently from a conventional store. Not following any fashion seasons and codes, doing the same approach with home decor. And obviously with artworks. 

Each product has its own process, behind this process there is a creative human being coming from any part of the world. Someone who is devoted to fill a passion and deliver a design piece, an artwork or a garment giving it a sense and an emotional touch. Avoiding the maximum as possible the use of plastic or any bad raw materials hurting our planet and all the beauty she can offer everyday.

During more than three years we were used to run a physical store in Lisbon.

About fashion, our selection was only second-hand and vintage coming from different solidarity associations we were happy to work with, from everywhere. Knowing more and more tastes of our clients, we have been happy to hunt for them the best pieces, creating looks contributing at the same time to a circular way of consumption. Following the same approach but with a different angle, we also work with independant brands we love, selecting some beautiful pieces from their past collections and giving them an opportunity to be presented again in a nice way and to find an happy owner.

And, sometimes, we were picking-up an amazing young fashion project creating an exclusive collaboration for us, always in limited editions as the idea is that each of our customers feels unique, wearing something original and with a story behind to tell.

About design, same same but different regarding our fashion selection. We were used to work with established scandinavian brands for many years, brands which try everyday to improve their way of production and selection of raw materials. And we follow carefully their efforts.

Today, we don’t have a physical store anymore and this project  includes different levels :

Lo Studio Piccolo has been launched in 2023 as a little guesthouse in Ortigia, the old part of Siracuse which is located in Sicily. This place is ready to welcome you for short or long stays for sweet holidays disconnecting from the fast life. The decor has been made of vintage furnitures, scandinavian ones and also contemporary artworks. The perfect venue to live and enjoy a dolce vita lifestyle. 

Lo Studio Alto has been launched in 2025 as a creative studio welcoming artists residencies. This large studio and atelier is located also in Ortigia island and offers to artists a space to create and to get some italian vibes around being surrounded by the sea.

Our E-Gallery will open its digital doors in Spring Summer 2026 presenting the results of all our 25/26 artists residencies season. You could shop some handmade and made in Italy fashion and design exclusive gems but also contemporary artworks. You can discover all names and processes via Lo Studio Alto instagram.

We have also made the statement to help green creative minds to develop their fashion and design brands across the world. Offering them a wholesale creative and efficient approach giving them the chance to reach their dreams not leaving their essence.
