Dear customers,

On THE OTHER SHOP let you can pay with of the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. We count three working days before to cancel and order if we didn't receive the payment or the proof of payment.

PayPal is a system that allows for payments, storing the details in an individual account, without having to disclose them every time one makes a purchase on the internet. If you wish to pay by bank transfer,  THE OTHER SHOP requires a proof of the payment, such as a  forwarding the e-mail (functionality that most e-banking systems provide). The order will be shipped upon receiving the confirmation.

All items available at THE OTHER SHOP online shop include VAT at the current rate, established by the Portuguese law. For professional customers we can provide you an invoice with all details on it, just make the request by email : shop@theothersight.com.  Shipping charges will be added, to the price, depending of the delivery destination. If you live outside the European Union, please note that customs in your country may charge you with additional fees (that vary from one country to another). If you want to be on the safe side, please check your country custom fees before placing an order.

The Other Shop team.

Dear customers,

Orders placed from Portugal after Dec 18th, from Europe after Dec 13th and from the rest of the world after Dec 10th are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas Eve.

Delivery Time: THE OTHER SHOP sends out orders on a daily basis. Within Portugal, allow for circa three to five days for delivery. Abroad, delivery times can vary from one week (for Europe) to two (for the rest of the world).

Delivery Guarantee: in the event of an order not reaching it's final destination, THE OTHER SHOP will take responsibility for reimbursing the customer for its full cost. If the delivery does not happen and the postman can't notify the receiver through phone or email it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier. And if the order is returned to the sender after not being collected during the period of time allocated by the local post authorities, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the charges of a second delivery.

THE OTHER SHOP ensures that your order is shipped to its destiny, but cannot be held responsible for any eventual additional custom's taxes or product's restrictions in some countries. It is the client's responsibility to verify with their local authorities if any additional procedures are necessary.

Thank you for your understanding,
